We run Win2K with Terminal Services through Citrix. All
clients connect via web through NFuse. Because Microsoft
licenses by individual PC, can I log what PCs are
accessing the server through Citrix and IIS? I believe
some users may be accessing from their home machines
rather than work. Time restrictions won't work because of
round the clock shifts. Thanks.

If you check in your license manager, you should be able
to see what clients have licenses.

You could also check the IIS logs to see what clients are
hitting your webpage. And yes, you can use IIS to block
certain IP addresses from hitting your website.
