I have windowsxp. I just installed a new printer and
scander. the scanding is working fine.-but when i type a
letter or whatever, i cannot get the printer to work. i
am sure I am not pushing the right button is there any
one that might know what i am doing wrong

Read the manual that came with your printer and/or go to Lexmark's
website and read any relevant tech support there.

You dont push the button to print. That button is for scanning. To print
choose the printer and OK.
