I bought a systems 8200 computer from dell that has not
worked for more than i month at a time. I have called
tech support an been on the phone for up to 6 hour. Does
any know how to actually get a computer bought from dell
repaired? All the parts of the computer were factory
installed.

Call Dell, Get a RMA number. Send the computer back to them for repair.
