Left click mouse stuck.

From time to time I have problem with left click, does not react.
Right click at this time is working ok (I can proceed using right click and
context menu), so it is not a communication problem (wireless bluetooth).
I don't think this is hardware problem, because after a while (1-2m) it
starts working properly.
Is it possible that some malicious software is locking partially mouse
functionality?
I checked using Task Menager, processor is not busy at this time (~95%
iddle).
Any idea?

Probably worth trying another mouse, first, just in case.

If that works ok, then open up the mouse - they are not that complex in
structure, so you may be able to spot something that might be causing it and
fix it.

If your computer Processses runing at reasonable CPU usage and your system
not slow and Right click working then your Mouse got stuck and the mechanism
part not working, try cleaning the Center ball from dust and dirt, or buy a
new mouse with mouse pad .

Hi wojtek,

As others have said, try a different mouse. From personal experience, a
mouse (or associated wiring) can do some bizarre things. If it's a standard
mouse, you can open it up and clean the ball, blow out any dirt, and maybe
clean the optical wheels, but if it's within the switches themselves, forget
it. The mouse switches are micro-switches, that are effectively sealed. No
way to clean the innards. It's a good thing too BTW, as you'd be tearing
the mouse apart so often to clean the switches, you'd give up on computers
forever.
