Laptop Setup

I have a laptop that was bought for the office a year or more ago. I am
trying to set it up but when I enter the Product Code it says it's invalid.
What do I do now? I've checked the code I've entered over and over. I am
putting in the right code.

Where are you getting the code from? For a laptop's
operating system, it is the one on the bottom of the laptop
if using the original software setup. For software it
should be located on the CD case or folder.

For the OS it needs to be the same type of operating system
setup that originally came on the system, i.e., OEM Windows
disk, OEM system restore disk, OEM restore from hidden
partition, etc. They are not interchangeable.
