Language Support

Hello folks,
I want to include the "Supplemental language support" (see "Regional
and Language Options") to my target. Which packages did I have to add.
Or did I must include each single language, like "Chinese - Simplified
Language Support".

Kind Regards
Matthias

Dear matthias,

If you want to view different languages in IE only, you can add these
language components directly.

If you want to support different MUI, you should select "Include
multilanguage user interface resources." in each language component.

And you are able change default MUI in "Regional and Language Options".

Hello Bing,
thanks for your reply. I include any "language support" packages which
I found, but it doesn't works that good...
Some chinese sign aren't displayed. For example "hao" ( ) in a file
with the name nihao.txt ( ) ist displayed, but the "ni" ( ) not
(empty square).

I do not need to write any chinese signs but have to display them
correctly!

Did you or someone else has any other hint for me?

Kind regards
Matthias

OK I now the "Fonts: Chinese (Simplified) font substitutes" and I see
any Chinese character, but now I have a other problem.
I can't execute any .net application. It appears a dialog "<appname>
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for any
inconvenience. ... [Send Error Report] [Don't Send]"

Without these language packages the application works correctly. How
could this happen?

Best Regards
Matthias
