Language Releated

I have a problem with system language.

I installed some (many) products from different company (from Germany,
Japan, Korea etc... ) (all are in english version)

So i dont have any problem using these softwares with XP Prof.

The problem is the XP system language becomes German. If i tried to Save AS
the BMP from Paint, the Message box is displayed in German "Speichern
unter..".
I tried after uninstall the German product, the still the problem exist.

Anyone knows solution for this problem?

sfc /scannow
