Language Issues

I had to change my XP language briefly from English (US) to German. I
changed my language and then changed it back. Now, if I log off (or
switch user), it reverts back to German (it says DE near the password).
I can't enter my password because it's got a German key mapping and I
can't change the language without logging in.

Why is Windows so friggin' buggy? You'd think billions of dollars of
revenue could buy some QA.

Meckern bringt nichts ein, aber mit ein bisschen herumschnüffeln
kannst du dein Problem ganz einfach lösen:
How do I configure the default keyboard layout during login?
