When I turn off Language bar in task bar toolbars it comes
back after every log off/re boot ??

anyone know how to fix this

Control Panel > Date, Time, Language And Regional
Options, Regional And Language Options, Languages Tab,
Details, Language Bar Button, Uncheck Show Language Bar
On Desktop
