Language bar

Hi. Everytime I boot my machine the darn language toolbar
appears on the windows toolbar. I right-click the
toolbar, uncheck that toolbar, it goes away, but next
time I reboot, its back. Any idea why this does that or
how to prevent it from happening again?

Right click on the language bar, select Settings and then go to the tab
Advanced. Check the checkbox "Turn off advanced text services", and then
click OK. This should shut down the language bar completely, and prevent it
from starting.
