multiple language bar started by itself

I have experienced multiple language bar started automatically by itself
each time i power on my PC. The problem it created is: it squeeze other
application that is currently running to one corner of bottom bar, very
inconvenient to switch between application as you need to drag them manually
in order to display all applications that is running.

When i right click at the bottom part of XP screen -> toolbar, i noticed
that 3 or 4 language bar appear in the lists and all are checked.

e.g:

Language bar
windows media player
The Language bar
The Language bar.

I have to manually uncheck the additional Language bar, leaving only one
behind in order to remove the unwanted "Squeezing of toolbar".

Any one have advise for me?
