I have 4 users slooed onto my WINDOWS XP PC. One user in particular whne logged on can not use the keyboard. The other three users are fine. Any idea why only one is effected like this?

Create a new user in the Control Panel > User Accounts. Then copy the
user profile to that new account and see if it works there. If so, you
can delete the old profile and let the user use the new profile.
