i did system restore and everything was fine but i might have accidently
deleted some vital file because it just automatically logged off and
restarted. Ever since, everytime i turn on my computer, it goes to the
screen where you pick safe mode, restart normally, etc. When i try to pick
one of the options, the Blue screen comes up saying i did something wrong and
it will restart. Then just automatically restarts. i have tried everything
but it will not let me log on. PLEASE HELP

Try not to depend on System Restore (I've had plenty of problems with it
too). Get your manufacturer's system restore CD and insert it. Then reboot
and follow the instructions. It will wipe out all your files and restore the
machine to factory settings, but at least it will work again.
