Keeping AutoArrange enabled?

Is there some registry hack or other setting that will keep Auto Arrange
enabled during a PC session for all my XP folders viewed in Thumbnails
view please?

At present it seems that I'm frequently having to enable this manually.

First, in its Tools - Folder Options - View, make sure that "Remember each
folder's view settings" is checked.

Second, the number of such settings that get remembered is too small.
