keep getting dialog window asking for password - OL2003

OL2003 - Recently I'm getting a window popping up entitled "Enter network
user name and password". The spaces for my user name and password are
filled out but I have to check a box for saving the password then hit the
OK button on the window. This is quite bothersome and comes up several
times a day. I'm using Comcast as my ISP.

Any ideas or help?

I am having this same problem with SBC as my ISP. Did you ever get help? I
would love to know if you have a solution.
