Keep asking for a password

Hi,
My computer runs on Windows 98, with Outlook 2000. It just started to have
a small window keep pops up everytime I open a new email and asking for
password even I already put a check on "Remember Password".
Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hal,
Thank you so much for the response. After follow the steps, the problem's
still exist. Then I removed the email account and reinstall, it's fine now.

How did you remove and reinstall your email account? I am having the same
problem with that particular Knoledge Base article despite the fact that it
has worked for me in the past.
