Enter Network Password Box Using Outlook 07

I'm using Outlook 2007 with Comcast as my ISP and POP account. Everytime I
send/receive I get a pop-up box asking for my network password....My incoming
mail server, username and password are already filled in. No matter how many
times I hit ok it keeps popping up. I also get an error message saying that
the email server has rejected my login. Comcvast says its not them and I can
still access my webmail. Any suggestions?
