KB974455 does not install

[SP2ForEver]

I keep rebooting, being prompted by Automatic Updates to install this update,
and every time I get the same message.

The following update were not installed:
Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 6 for Windows XP (KB974455)

I am on an SP2 system, and all updates besides this one have been applied.

What IE level are you using? If auto updates, why are you only at SP2?

PS: Why isn't SP3 installed yet? Computers running WinXP SP2 will NOT be
offered any further critical security updates, Automatic Updates will cease
to function, and Windows Update website will not be available after 12 April
2010 until and unless SP3 is installed.
