KB911895 HID non-user input data filter

IBM Laptop T43, WindowsXP Sp3
Installed KB911895, content of browser (specifically hotmail) and google
earth don't recognize mouse clicks. How do I uninstall this update? Update is
not listed in Control Panel, no $NTspuninstall file, Update only appears as
device in device manager under HID, original HID has been eliminated,
rollback doesn't find previous HID, uninstall of device KB911895 doesn't
persist restart-to-restart.
How do I permanently uninstall this update and how do I get back my previous
HID? (WindowsXP comes on separate partition with IBM Laptop, have no disk)

Same problem here...so go to windows update page, choose custom install, and hide the upgrade. It won't appear again...at least it doesn't appear to me any longer. Truly, I haven't a clue what it is for, but since it only caused problems, I just hid the damn thing and have slept much better since. Good luck!
