KB835732 update causes "object already exists" error message

If I update with KB835732, the update causes an
annoying "object already exists" popup error message.
Other than the annoying popup, operation seems
unaffected. The only way I can get rid of the message is
to uninstall KB835732. Has anyone else seen this?

I haven't seen that but do you have Nortel Networks VPN client installed?
