just installed office 03 SP3, messages alert but don't display

Just installed outlook 03 SP3 on my network and now users report messages in
outlook alert but do not display in inbox. If they touch a different folder
in outlook and return to inbox messages display. Refresh and send and
receive do not help.

Win 2k sp4 OS.

Does this have anything to do with BCM? If not, try your question in
the microsoft.public.outlook newsgroup.
