Cannot install BCM 2010-"Outlook 2010 Not Installed" but it is!

I have installed Office 2010 on my desktop running XP with SP3. I have
opened several of the programs successfully, including Outlook 2010. When I
try to install BCM 2010, however, an error message appears, saying that
Outlook 2010 is not installed, and instructing me to insert CD1
(non-existent, of course), install Outlook, and then try again with BCM.
When I invoke Add and Remove Programs, both Office 2007 and 2010 appear,
though nothing appears in the file size column after Office 2010. Has it
only partially installed?

Larry, I am haveing the very same issue. Cannot install with same message.

Beta error maybe.
