how do you find out what programs are running in the background coz i hav
alot and i wud like to stop them running has its making my computer go slow

There are two possibilities:
1. Malware, in which case Jupiter has given you a list to troubleshoot
2. You've installed a lot of junk on you computer, in which case you should
uninstall it.
