Need to run a macro on opening a new excel file

Hello,

I have read a lot of posts on running a macro on starting up a file,

but my needs are different,

i download a excel file from net with some data, i have browser automation which downloads the file and then opens it automatically, now i want to run a macro on this newly downoaded file from internet which is generated by the site.

i would like to avoid the Addin and the the personal.xls option coz for it i need excel running in the background..

is there a way i can run the macro.
