how to reinstall

now when ever i turn on my computer it will not boot all the way it will say
windows xp and then it will freeze. I dont know if this is any help but i
was doing some updates to it cause it had never been conected to the internet
and alot of buue screen messages like **** Stop 0x000000B7 and alot more but
i wrote them all down. Please dont tell me to try to boot it into safemode i
have tryed that then it just automaticlly restarts and does not let me do
anything.i have also tryed safe mode with networking and safemode with
comand prompt with out any luck. right now i am just thinking about
reinstalling the whole computer but one question how do i install all the
drivers required. and i hav no idea if the disk allready has the drivers
inside of it cause i just barrowed the disk from a friend. will some one
jive me all the steps on how tho install the computer + all the drivers

If you borrowed the disk, you are going to have activation problems (it will
either cause you or your friend a problem) and you might not be able to get
updates. If your computer originally had XP on it from the manufacturer,
then you might be able to reinstall XP from the hard drive if there is a
restore partition or perhaps the manufacturer would issue you a replacement
CD.
