JPG attachment open error

Hi all,

When I double click an attached jpg file in outlook, it showed me "not
enough memory to open the file" . The jpg file is only 2MB. I got 512M system
memory and PIV 2.0G processor. I checked the task manager and it only 15%
occupied. I saved the jpg to hard drive, double click, it was opened without
any problem. (opened by windows picture& fax viewer). I forward this email to
other people' computer, it's ok both in outlook and in hard drive. I double
check the computer, it is Outlook 2002 with SP3. Any idea?

Thank you

Which application does it try to open the jpg with? See if changing your
default jpg-handler solves your issue. It could be that the application
doesn't support the size/format.
