windows Picture & Fax viewer error

Hi all,

When I double click an attached jpg file in outlook, it showed me "not
enough memory to open the file" . The jpg file is only 2MB. I got 512M system
memory and PIV 2.0G processor. I checked the task manager and it only 15%
occupied. I saved the jpg to hard drive, double click, it was opened without
any problem. (opened by windows picture& fax viewer). I forward this email to
other people' computer, it's ok both in outlook and in hard drive. I double
check the computer, it is Outlook 2002 with SP3. Any idea?

Thank you

There is no real relationship between the size of a jpg file and the size of
the memory image. It could easily be that you don't have enough memory
(meaning that the pagefile is too small) when using outlook, but it could
also easily be that windows picture & fax viewer has no such problem.

Possibly your pagefile is too small.

That error usally means that the page file is to small increase the size and
try it again.
