I'm guessing the files have a .jp2
extension? WP&F Viewer is not
compatible. However...you can view
them with the following free programs

Download IrfanView
http://www.tucows.com/preview/194967.html
(get the plug-ins too)

FastStone Image Viewer

Hi John,
I am using irfanView to convert the files from RAW to jpg2 because it is
much faster for the upload to the Fuji lab.

but it is very boring to open one of the present viewer to know which
image is the one I am looking for :-(

So I thought there might be any update for the jp2 files

Maybe I will stop converting to jp2 until there is a solution

There's no update I'm aware of that would make
WP&F Viewer compatible with .jp2 files.

Just wondering why you choose to save in that
format as opposed to .png, .tif, or even .jpg.

The photo lab software offers a jp2 compression before sending the
pictures. the transfer is about three times faster with the best quality
of jp2 than the best quality of jpeg. That means instead 10 or 12 hours
of upload only 3 or 4 hours.
But I would prefer to compress it by my own, and have a look to the
results before sending the pics.
The original pics are stored in RAW or in a lossless compression after
the "fine tuning".
