In Agent (a newsreading program), I open .jpg files with Microsoft Photo
Editor by associating the .jpg extension *in Agent* with Microsoft Photo
Editor, using the application name-address "C:\Program Files\Common
Files\Microsoft Shared\PhotoEd\PHOTOED.EXE" "%1"

In Agent, I want to open .gif files with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
(instead of Agent's default which is Internet Explorer), so I need to
associate the .gif extension *in Agent* with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.

What is the application name-address for Windows Picture and Fax Viewer that
corresponds to the application name-address for Microsoft Photo Editor?
