Jerky Image in some games

Hello,

I don'y wanna offend you Wizkid but is it a "Legit" version of the game? As a naughty as it is i got a free copied version of Crysis and i had the same tear across the screen.

I since went and brought a real one.

It's the original copy of the game I got it from the shop it only seems to be really in that game I had SWG working on it yesterday and it seemed fine holding at 30 FPS.
