Recently I received an e-mail from my daughter stating
she found out the above subject file was a virus and that
it should be deleted from my computer. I did so then
heard from someone saying it is not a virus. First, is
it a virus, and secondly, if not, how can I put back on
my system?

It is a hoax. Sorry but your daughter led you down the
wrong path. If you did not remove it from your recycle
bin just restore it.

it from Kelly's site:

Just run System Restore and that will put it back.
