Do you have Java installed? If so, did it ever work? If you didn't
install Java, get it from here:

http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp/

If you already had it, you might try uninstalling and reinstalling it.

Thanks, Malke. Yes I do have Java installed and reinstalled and it works, albeit with side effects. There may be a conflict with the video card or possibly Direct X??? I just don't know

Since I don't use the Yahoo card games, I can't say for sure. Can you
play other Java games? Try the ones at www.popcap.com to see. If you
don't have any problem with Alchemy, for example (or whichever game you
pick), then you know the issue is with Yahoo and not you. What video
card do you have? I haven't ever heard of Java problems with standard
video cards, but I suppose it could happen. How much memory do you
have? The troubleshooting steps will be to determine if the problem is
on your computer or on Yahoo. If it is Yahoo, then contact their tech
support. Also, check around on their site to see if there are any user
forums or help.

Cheers,

Malke
