Java not working in IE6

Friend opens web page with a java thumbnail type viewer. He sees the
thumbnails but when he left clicks, which is supposed to generate a larger
image in a new frame, he gets nothing. I have viewed this page and my IE6
works fine on the page. I checked all of his security/options in IE and set
them all to the same as my browser but still doesnt work. Do I need to
install IE on his machine again or am I missing something. Thanks.

You need to install the Java VM.
