issues with new iiyama 22" 514 pro

From what I see from your "pics" I would say ... either not set-up correctly (one of those occasions where I would need to actually see it) or yes, you have a faulty monitor.

You're just unlucky/lucky it "DOA" out of the box. :(

well it's possible but unlikely to be user error, I've messed with every setting to do with screen geometry and none of them change the bottom line - you can fiddle with the left and right sides to line them up but none of the settings will change the bottom alignment or 'straight-ness' - unfortunatly..

Well if you call Iiyama for a replacement, whoever brings it will not check, they'll just swap it out.

quick update :)

savastore sent round a van to collect the monitor, they tested it and agreed it was faulty :)

just need to decide on what monitor to get now :lol
