when I connected to the internet my computer appears error massage " system shut down..........." and after one minute it started. what shall I do?
 
It sounds like one of the worm virus's that has been about before. Try downloading AVG anti-virus on another PC and then install it on your computer, and ideally a good Firewall software such as ZoneAlarm or Kerio Personal Firewall.

Have you patched this PC using the latest fixes from the Windows Update website?
