Is there a IE7 Information Group?

Hi,

I am testing out IE7, and have run into a problem which is annoying.
For information, I am using dial-up at the moment until our new house is
built and broadband is installed to connect to the internet.
When I run IE7 through the dial-up, every time something comes down, a new
page, contents within a page, pictures etc, the dial-up window pops up. I
have to click on the connect button for it to carry on with the page data.
Note it is not actually connecting again to the ISP, just for downloading.

Has anyone else come across this problem? Or know of an IE7 page I can ask
this question?

I see in http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie7/default.mspx that
the recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:

If you must use a web interface:
