IE7 Webpage can not be displayed

Since letting update install IE7 I frequently get a webpage can not be
displayed message. If I click refresh the page is always displayed
Unfortunately I am stil on dialup. Is anyone aware if a page load timeout was
included in IE7 and if so can it be extended. I also get disconnects usin IE7
which wern"t a problem with IE6. Related question: Is it possible to go back
to IE6.

Try running Disk Cleanup (cleanmgr.exe) to clear out your %TEMP% and
Temporary Internet Files folder.
