Is product key on certificate of authenticity?

I purchased and downloaded Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007 online, and was
mailed a backup disc. Our computer has picked up a virus and we are planning
on dumping the system and restoring. I cannot find my confirmation email with
the 25 character product key. However, on the backup disc envelope there is a
certificate of authenticity sticker, that has three UPS codes....is one of
these numbers the product key?
Does Microsoft have a phone number that I can call to ask them about this?
If so, what is it?

For an off the shelf purchase, (retail package) the Product Key is the code,
situated on the CD Case/container; it's on a yellowy-orange coloured
sticker, with numbers/letters.

In your case, you state it was purchased online therefore the CD-Key
(licence code) should have been provided in an Email which confirmed your
purchase etc.

If you know your log on for the site you purchased from, you should be able
to log on and retrieve the details.

The Certificate of Authenticity does *not* contain the code you require.
You need the confirmation email.

FYI this group is not Official Microsoft support service; the phone number
is in the phone book! In any case this is the wrong group - this group is
for Frontpage (web design) - you need the Office 2007 group.
