Product key missing for 2000 to 2002 upgrade

I currently have FP 2000 installed and bought the upgrade to 2002 from an
amazon.com subcontractor. The package arrived without a product key, and I
then falsely assumed that the product key for my copy of 2000 would work. It
did not. I have since emailed the seller and am awaiting his response. Should
the upgrade package have come with a product key? The CD was in a sleeve, not
a jewel box, and the sleeve bore no product key sticker, nor was there any
certificate of authenticity in the package.

If it's a genuine Microsoft FrontPage 2000 upgrade disk, it should have come in a jewel case, with
the product key on the back on a yellow sticker labeled "Product Key" by an image of an old
fashioned door key.

Also the entire label side of the CD is a collection of holographic images.
I'm looking at my FP 2000 upgrade disk as I type this.

I said FP 2000, but I meant FP 2002 upgrade disk.
