Certificate of Authenticity

My computer crashed. I have loaded everything except Disc. 1 which has Microsoft Word on it. Each time I type in the Certificate of Authenticity Product Key, it states I've type an invalid number. I've read my book, made sure CAPS LOCK isn't on, etc. However, have no luck. Any ideas?

Hi,

Usually..........when that happens to me, it's my not seeing the
difference between a small "L" and a one "1", or the same thing
happening with the Oh and zero looking the same.

Any chance it's something like that happening to you too?

Caps Lock shouldn't affect it. Capitilization won't matter. But if you use
the Number keypad, the NumLock key might be turned off.
