is anyone having problems with hotmail

I am using Outlook and everything has been fine - today I keep getting
messages to tell me to connect to the server and that the service is
unavailable. I have a premium account.
 
I am having the same problem, i have to log in to hotmail at least 5 times
aday via the web browswer to get connected
