IP Conflicts and ICS

I have an issue with ICS an IP Conflict:
Consider 2 networks: Net A and Net B
each one has ICS (internet connection sharing), so each network has a host
computer having an IP of 192.168.0.1

Net A and Net B are occasionally connected via dial up for replication
purposes, so we have an IP clash as the host of Net A and the host of Net B
have both the IP 192.168.0.1

Is there a way to allocate to the host computer a different IP than
192.168.0.1?

What i am doing now is the following: when i want to connect the two network
via dialup, i stop the internet sharing on Net A, dial up, and connect... but
this is really cumbersome!

Thanks for your support!

The Windows ICS is fixed in the IP address that it assigns. There is no way
that I know of to change that. So there is no way to run two different
Internet connected computer on a single LAN, and be able to share both
connections. I am sure that this is only a Windows ICS limitation; you
could probably find some third party ICS application which will do what you
want.
