IP Communication Problems and RAS

I have a RAS server setup on a Windows 2000 domain that
has been running fine for a while. A remote user has been
dialing into the server to check their email through
exchange and access internet.
Recently, both have stopped working. From the
workstation, the computer authenicates fine, but no
servers on the domain she dials into can be pingged(gr.).
The only computer that she can ping is the dial-up server
itself.
Can anyone spread any light on this problem?

Is there any firewall setting on the other servers in the domain ? If so,
then you need to open the required ports in the firewall.
