invitation request changes time of appointment 3 hours

WHEN SENDING AN INVITATION, THE TIME OF DAY REVERTS BACKWARDS THREE HOURS.SAL
 
Are the time zone on your machine & the receiving machine set the same?
Check here: Tools menu > Options > Calendar > Time Zone
