You can get a free app like Atomic Time to set your clock or get TClock
which will let you customize the heck out of it. You could possibly run your
Windows disk and do a repair but that might erase all your MS updates. You
could fix it in the Registry if you know where to look.
Oh, thanks. I also found out that this feature is not available on a
computer that is part of a domain.
