Internet Time tab not showing up on the clock??

I realized the clock on my laptop was off about 5 minutes. When I went
to look to see if the internet time sync was turned on I was surprised
to see that the Internet Time tab was not even showing up when I brought
up the clock.

I'm using XP SP2 and all other updates.
Any ideas?
