Windows XP changes clock automatically

I have Windows XP Professional with all the latest service packs and
updates. When I change the clock of the pc to be 6 minutes ahead (I
need that for testing some software) I notice after some time that
Windows has automatically reset the clock to the actual time. I was
wondering if there is a setting to turn off this feature.

At first I though it might have something to do with the setting for
the automatic switch for summertime and wintertime but it doesn't
appear to be the case. When I turn of the automatic switch for
summertime then the problems continues, only the clock is set back to
the current time - 1 hour (which is a logic thing because it is
summertime at the moment and I turned of the option for the
summertime).

Any idea how to turn off this automatic resetting of the clock?

Open Time and Date properties and disable internet time sync.
