Clock goes back one hour

Every time I set taskbar clock correctly then shut computor off , clock is
one hour behind. I reset , resart , clock one hour behind.
Suggestions please

Could be your time is syncing with the internet and thinks it's on
another time zone? Open the clock/calendar, check the time zone
setting and daylight savings setting (if appropriate) to see if
they're correct.

Check the time in your BIOS the next time you boot.

This is where Windows sets the time from. If you find that your BIOS is not
holding the time once you have reset it check the CMOS battery.

Almost certainly you are set for the wrong time zone, a time zone one
hour away from you.

Nope. It's almost guaranteed that the problem is not that he needs a
new battery. A problem with the battery would not continually create
exactly a one-hour error.
