internet slow

My broswer is slow at loading the site....

Even support.microsoft.com site is slow to load for me
even
tho i have high speed internet...

Also when i try to right click or clicking on a link or
hightlight a set of words on the site it tend to take a
while just to do these task... also when i scroll down
the site it's kinda choppy and slow, it's like the
browser is still loading something but it's not ...

does this have anything to do with java script ?
like do i have to download new java script ?
