Internet Problem???? My instant messenger keeps logging me off.

My instant messenger AIM 6.0/Trillian has not been working well
lately. It logs off every couple minutes. I still stay online because
other programs like Mozilla are still connected so I'm wondering what
is the problem. I disabled my firewall and PC-Cillian Internet
Security 2006 but the problem still occurs. Please help me.

if that is the only programme that has this issue then sounds like a
network problem at aol's end.
